Every child should have the opportunity to be raised in a family environment that the Rancho Ebenezer model is designed to provide. A child naturally wants to be part of a family and it is in this nurturing environment that they learn values, develop character and develop into productive, fulfilled adults that contribute to society. This model focuses on providing this environment in a quality way with individual homes, a bilingual school, and good medical care. In addition, an opportunity is provided to get a college education or vocational training, depending on the interest and ability of each child.

This kind of personal investment in these previously abandoned children also requires a financial investment. The buildings and facilities that are illustrated in this information packet are all paid for with grants and gifts from individuals like you and/or from foundations. None of the facilities or property has any debt on it, i.e., construction continues as funds are available to proceed. Likewise, the monthly operations are funded with the gifts and grants that come in each month.

To give you an idea of the need and how your gift will help to operate this program and model, consider the following: It costs $18 per day to house, feed, educate and care for each of the children at Rancho Ebenezer and the Bridge House.
